- Attieké is one of the main staples in Ivory Coast cuisine.
- It's made from Cassava, which is granulated so it becomes like couscous in texture.

You usually eat it with your hands. Just smush it into a ball and pop it in your mouth, similar to how the Indians eat rice. It can be served with almost anything as a side dish (fry fish, sauce, bake chicken or fish, fry plantains, sautéed legumes).
Cooking Direction:
Microwave or steam cooking until the Attieke is soft, serve with either meat , chicken, fish & vegetable. In Cote D'Ivoire Attieke is served with Kedjenou (Chicken Stew), Grilled , bake fish or fried fish. ENJOY !
